Shipping policy

Free shipping to the US & EU

Every order to the United States and the European Union ships free.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, orders usually arrive within 8–15 business days. Carriers are busier during the holidays, so please order before the Christmas cutoff date shown on the product page.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page. It can take 2–3 days for the first tracking update to appear.

Duties and taxes

Prices for EU customers include VAT. If any import charges apply to a US order, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us via our contact page. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet.
