These terms apply to all purchases from the Glowmory online store. By placing an order you agree to them. The seller is the company named in our Legal notice.

1. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in color or finish may occur because of screens and lighting.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. EU prices include VAT. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price was shown in clear error.

3. Your order

After you order, you receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping policy.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return items within 30 days as described in our Return and refund policy. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty

EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If your product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

7. Using the product

Use the ornament as described in its instructions. Charge it only with a suitable USB-C charger, keep it away from water and heat sources, and keep small parts away from young children.

8. Your content

You are responsible for the videos and photos you load onto your ornament. We never receive or see them.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing any protection you have under the laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first via our contact page.
